What the service includes

Filing claims Completed procedures are filed to insurance with any necessary documents attached.
Posting payments Scanned documents and explanations of benefits received for the day are entered into your dental software, along with the payments, adjustments and explanations on each patient account.
Filing appeals We file appeals on claims that come back denied, or that are held pending more information.
Managing aging reports We check the aging of claims still pending payment and follow up as necessary, so you get paid for the work you have already done.
Customization If you have a particular workflow, tell us and we will accommodate it where we can.

Pricing

What it costs

A variable fee based on the insurance collection work for the month, per office location. The fee is graduated by level and calculated on the total insurance collections at the end of the month. There is no setup fee.

Base Level

Insurance collections up to $40k a month.

Cost: $1,295

Flat fee of $1,295 per month

1st Level

3.3 %

per month

Percent of insurance collections from $40k to $100k a month.

Cost: $1,295 to $3,275

Cost breakdown: $1,295 plus 3.3% of collections from $40k to $100k

2nd Level

2.8 %

per month

Percent of insurance collections from $100k to $150k a month.

Cost: $3,275 to $4,675

Cost breakdown: $3,275 plus 2.8% of collections from $100k to $150k

3rd Level

2.4 %

per month

Percent of insurance collections from $150k and above.

Cost: $4,675 to $5,875

Cost breakdown: $4,675 plus 2.4% of collections from $150k and up
Upper figure is based on $200k of collections
