EDBS is the virtual support to your front office team. While your front office deal with patients face to face, EDBS will deal with processing insurance claims, unpaid patient bills and insurance verifications. This includes correspondence to insurance companies, help with billing issues, and dealing with patients to collect their dues are among the few things that we do.

One of our team members will securely login to one of your computers on premises. The software that we use is end to end encrypted with the latest in cryptographic technology so this means no one outside can decipher the connection. On top of that, the agents assigned are HIPAA trained and compliant.
Just like an extension of your office team, our trained billers will help deal with all the insurance filing and patient billing work. We do not replace your front office but act as helpers to them as if you hired another team of specialists. We work full time and only bill what we worked on (Please see our pricing details for more info).
We can report to you on a weekly and monthly basis depending upon your preference on the progress we have made so you can track our work. We are also building a client dashboard so you can see your metrics and manage billing.
