Goldie De Leon
FounderFor Goldie, dental billing isn’t just about numbers—it is about helping practices thrive. After spending close to 20 years working in both the back and front of dental offices, she discovered her true passion: untangling the knots of insurance verification and billing.
Goldie founded Opal Dental RCM with a sincere desire to help doctors eliminate inefficiencies so they can focus on their patients. She brings a “problem-solver” mindset to every account, backed by deep expertise in ADA coding, HIPAA regulations, and major software systems like Dentrix, Open Dental, and EagleSoft.
Outside of the office, Goldie is likely in the kitchen whipping up her favorite Southern and Filipino dishes. She is a devoted mother of four and loves every minute she gets to spend with her grandkids.
Franz De Leon is the co-founder of Opal Dental RCM. Franz has an extensive background in software development and in-charge of IT, systems architecture, HIPAA compliance, and internal applications of the company. He enjoys programming and is applying this knowledge to the company to help automate and simplify internal processes.
